Unless designated otherwise, Brevard County Parks open after 7:00 a.m. and close at dark.

Parks with Community Centers and Athletic Facilities are open after dark for scheduled activities. Operating hours for Community Centers and Nature Centers may be obtained by contacting the specific facility.

Boat Ramps are open 24 hours a day.

Parks Referendum Project
FROM I-95, take Exit-180 US-192. Head east 2.4 miles, turn right on Minton and go 1.2 miles to the corner of Fell and Minton Roads.

Park opens after 7:00 a.m. until dark, except for scheduled use. Center open for scheduled use.

This 18.18-acre community park features a community center with a small kitchen, athletic fields, concession stand, restrooms, active sport amenities, and a swimming lake with seasonal lifeguards. Other facilities include, benches, pavilions, picnic tables, and a large grill near the community center. Referendum Project improvements proposed for this park will be developed at a new park site. Melbourne Riverview Park

2400 Riverview Drive, Melbourne
FROM SR-192 go 0.4 miles on US Hwy 1, turn left on Prospect Avenue and go 0.1, then turn right onto Riverview Drive and go 0.1 miles.

Open after 7:00 a.m. until dark, except for scheduled use.

This 16-acre community river park includes a conservation area and a popular windsurfing site. The shoreline is accessible for fishing near the open grassy area where a 1-lane launch ramp is available for nonmotorized watercraft. A pavilion with grills is located nearby with restrooms, sand volleyball court, playground, and benches.

Micco Park

FROM US-192 go south 17.3 miles on US Hwy 1, turn right onto Main Street (last street to the right before crossing the Sebastian River Bridge). Go about a half mile and turn left on Riverview Drive and go 0.2 miles, the park is on the right.

Open after 7:00 a.m. until dark, except for scheduled use.

A quiet 9.32-acre neighborhood park partially shaded with oaks and other native trees offering both active and passive recreational opportunities. Facilities include pavilions with grills, and picnic tables with 2 grills, playground, and restrooms that make this a convenient site for family outings. Commencing in early 2005, Parks Referendum project construction includes a new restroom, playground, pavilions, basketball court, and renovations to the parking and landscaping. Oars & Paddles Park

Parks Referendum Project
FROM US Hwy 1, take US-192 (Melbourne Cswy) east, turn left on North Riverside Drive (SR-513) and go north 4.7 miles (the road becomes South Patrick Drive). Turn left on Banana River Drive and go 0.1 miles.

Open after 7:00 a.m. until dark, except for scheduled use.

Home of the Space Coast Crew Rowing Club and popular for non-motorized recreational activities including canoeing, rowing, and paddling, this park accesses the Banana River through Whiting Waterway. Facilities include a boat house, floating launch dock, small pavilion, restrooms, parking, and picnic tables connected by a pedway.

FROM I-95 Exit-173 take SR-514-Malabar Road west 0.2 miles, turn left on San Filippo Drive and go 0.2 miles. Turn left on Community College Parkway and go 0.8 miles. Just after crossing a canal, make a right turn into the driveway.

Located at the Brevard Community College Palm Bay Campus, pool features include zero depth entry, water play toys, large slide, teaching area, eight 25-yard lap lanes, and a diving well with two 1-meter diving boards. Aquatic Center programs are conducted by Parks and Recreation Department staff.
