Parks with Community Centers and Athletic Facilities are open after dark for scheduled activities. Operating hours for Community Centers and Nature Centers may be obtained by contacting the specific facility.

Boat Ramps are open 24 hours a day.

McLarty Park

790 Barton Boulevard, Rockledge

FROM US Hwy 1, go west 1 mile on Barton Boulevard.

Park open after 7:00 a.m. until dark except except for scheduled use.

Center open Monday-Friday 3:00-8:00, Saturday 8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and for scheduled use.

A hub of activity, this 19.85-acre community park located in Rockledge features Little League baseball fields and is the home of Rockledge Little League. A Community Center and pavilion in the center of the shaded grounds provide a venue for community events and recreational activities for all ages. Additional facilities include a barbeque pit at the pavilion with restrooms nearby, scattered picnic tables, a wiffleball field, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, ballfield concession stand, and a swimming pool. Pineda Park

1232 A Street, Cocoa
FROM SR-520 go 0.1 mile north on Fiske Blvd, turn left on Peachtree St and go 0.3 miles, turn right on Pineda Street and go 0.7 miles, turn left and go to the end of A Street.

Open after 7:00 a.m. until dark, except for scheduled use.

This 8-acre partially shaded neighborhood park offers a pool for public swim and swim classes during the guarded summer season. A paved walkway connects parking to playground, benches and a pavilion with 2 grills. Other facilities include a multiuse field popular for neighborhood activities, and Little League practice fields.

Provost Park

400 S Varr Avenue, Cocoa
FROM US Hwy 1 at SR-520 (King Street), go west 0.7 miles. Turn left on South Varr Avenue and go 0.1 miles. The park is on the left and right.

Open after 7:00 a.m. until dark, except for scheduled use.

This 20-acre community park with soccer and softball fields is the home of Cocoa Soccer Club. Facilities include basketball courts, tennis court, concession stand, and a shaded playground with nearby pavilion and restrooms.

Riverwalk-A Family Park

5355 US Highway 1, Rockledge
FROM SR-520, go south 7 miles on US Hwy 1, make a u-turn to the northbound lane, the park is on the right.

Center and Trail Open Daily 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, and New Year's Day. Tours are by appointment—call 321-433-4490.

Nestled along the Indian River, this 6.37-acre community river park features a Nature Center, and a nature boardwalk that begins near the pavilion with restrooms and winds through a natural Florida hammock to the river. Rockledge Park

960 Cogswell Street, Rockledge
FROM SR-520 go 2 miles south on US Hwy 1, turn right on Barton Bouldevard, go 0.6 miles, turn right on Cogswell and go 0.4 miles.

Open after 7:00 a.m. until dark, except for scheduled use. Tennis & Racquetball Courts open 8:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.

Situated in a partially wooded area, this 40-acre community park offers a variety of athletic opportunities. Ballfields along most of the north and east boundaries of the park include softball, senior little league, football, soccer fields, and some concession stands. Racquet enthusiasts enjoy the racquetball courts, tennis courts and Har-Tru clay tennis courts. The shaded exercise trail is popular, and the large pavilion with a barbeque pit, 2 small pavilions, playground, restrooms and drinking fountains make this park perfect for group gatherings.
